Annually, the Motsepe Foundation tours the country to each of its provinces to meet with the members of is Development Forums. With a commitment to working on a local level, the Motsepe Foundation identifies schools (and churches) that may need refurbishment or infrastructural development, in the interest of improving the academic environment of its students. This is supported by the belief that schools are places of upliftment for communities across the country. So far, at least 60 schools have received R150 000 each to be used towards the primary needs of the schools.
